MANUAL RISING STAGING

The Alu Top is a unique scissor action hydraulic operated platform.

Exclusively designed for the ultimate performance venue and pit infill areas, where a complete staging system can be raised out of a flat floor. Operational by simply turning of a key to the deck surface, the Alu Top is sure to impress as the 4 pneumatic rams allow the platform to be adjusted in different heights with minimal power.

Due to the bespoke nature of the product many options are available to fully tailor the system to the exact project requirements.

ALU TOP STAGING KEY FEATURES

• Height adjustment: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000mm, alternatives on request
• Standard surface: 25mm hardwood veneered blockboard in a choice of colours. Alternative finishes include carpet, CPS or client supply, vinyl, plexiglas, hardwood, Karndean, mesh etc
• Wide range of valance curtains and timber fascias are available to give a finished look once the stage is raised to hide leg structure.
• Operation: by the turning of a key to the deck surface. T-handles are inserted into sockets in the top of the platforms which release the locking pins. Height adjustment is achieved with assistance from balanced gas struts
• Four gas springs allow the platform to be adjusted in different heights with minimal power
• Size: 2000 x 1000mm alternatives on request
• Requires 200mm deep pit and 5mm between platforms
