We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Alu Perform curtain system.
This new curtain design allows users to build the complete curtain system from a demountable stage level. The integrated gas struts in the system assist the operative in the manual raising and lowering of the upper structure. This is a significant development as all of our curtain systems currently require the use of a ladder or tower scaffold at some point in their assembly process.
Removing the risk of working at height is a massive benefit of the system and also includes other unique design features making it more user-friendly. Raising and lowering the curtain system is a very simple and comfortable task for the operative and is something that can now be completed by those who don’t like working at height!
The Alu Perform is perfect for new or old stages that are 4m, 5m or 6m wide and a minimum ceiling height of 3.3m is required based on a 400mm high stage. On-site delivery, full professional installation and staff training are included in the overall price which are as follows:

The Alu Compact range consists of a demountable frame and curtain unit and produces a professional, full-size stage application.
The upper construction consists of multi-chamber profiled aluminium columns and beams which provide an easy-running curtain drawing system.
Designed to be totally self-supporting, only bolted to the staging edge, the Alu Compact construction provides a complete system for the support of all the main and side curtains together with light hangers and provision for the incorporation of sets, decorations, studding partitions, etc.
Both the Alu Rapid or Alu Combi platforms can be used with the Alu Compact system.

This demountable lightweight aluminium frame, complete with theatre curtains, is a cost-effective and easy to use solution for smaller stage productions.
Studio stage can be supplied as a complete package including the Alu Rapid or Alu Rapid Junior platforms. Alternatively, it can be added to any of our systems retrospectively. Sizes and colours can be individually tailored, a typical stage being 4 x 4 metres.
Free standing lightweight and demountable truss systems are available to enhance the appearance and usability of your staging system. Almost any configuration and size of structure is available from simple goal post structures to full front of house systems supporting curtains, lighting and sound.
These systems are fully certified and manufactured to meet all current regulations. Extensive stocks are held to enable instant demand to be met.
Lightweight and easy assembled backdrop curtain systems that works in conjunction with the Alu Rapid Junior, Alu Rapid and Alu Combi products and are available to be virtually tailor made per project. Constructed from 40mm x 40mm aluminium tubing, the system bolt straight onto the accessory rail surrounding the platforms and secure using leg clamps.
Full curtain and light systems are available designed to specific requirements to create the theatre look of your choice for school halls and drama departments.
